The main focus of this role will be focused upon European business performance analysis
and successful delivery of small/medium projects. This role requires strong analytical skills,
understanding of the business and end-to-end processes and a practical approach to create
fit for purpose business solutions. Most projects are focused on improvement of sales
effectiveness, customer experience, operational excellence, productivity and/or compliance
with regulatory requirements mostly directly impacting Europe’s bottom line. Projects in the
past have included performance analysis, lean reviews and process improvements, operating
model reviews, enhancement of management information, preparation of presentations and
business cases.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support Program Manager with ad-hoc analysis, presentations, business cases and
project preparation/execution
• Work with business stakeholders and Management Information/Finance to produce
various MI reports and perform a detailed analysis and provide improvement
recommendations
• Create analytical models to support the business with decision making
• Work together with countries/business owners and undertake business analysis in order
to define improvement opportunities supported by business cases
• Lead small to medium sized improvement projects working together with business
stakeholders across countries.
• Support Project Managers in larger projects with analysis and preparation work.
• Ensure that appropriate benefit trackers and audits of improvements are in place to
ensure consistent and optimum implementation and ROI demonstration of each Project

• Have well developed analytical, problem solving and root cause identification skills
• Be able to make fact based decisions based on facts and data, commercial realities
and operational feasibility
• Strong planning and execution skills – respecting ambitious timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to work with
people at all levels within, and external to, the business.
• Strong relationship building and influencing skills and credibility with key stakeholders
in the organisation.
• Excellent attention to detail with the proven ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced
and busy environment. Experience working in dynamic and preferably multicultural
environments.
• A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills in
English.
• Desire for continuous improvement and personal growth

Professional experience
• An academic graduate in business, economics or engineering (with business
experience) or an MBA.
• Maximum 5 years of working experience. Relevant business analysis and/or
consulting experience would be of interest.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is useful but not essential
• Proficient in MS office, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel (preferably with VBA
experience)
