Accounting_Billing clerk (m/f) English
Main Purpose of the Role:
The billing administrator is accountable for creating manual invoices and credit memos, issuing them to customers by all necessary means, and for maintaining customer accounts information
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Work across the following activities: – Customer rental billing
-Investigate and analyze automatic invoicing errors then perform customer
account settings adjustments
-Issue manual invoices to customers (EDI, pdf, paper…)
-Issue monthly customer statements and reporting when requested
-Process manual credit memos
-Submit invoices by electronic data interchange – Other customer billing (fines, fees, tolls and own damages)
-Issue related invoices to customers
Register invoices into Oracle Financial AR system – Customer account
-Maintain financial data of customer account and database
-Create and update the customer master file and contact with contact
information
Key skills:
Basic experience in accounting
Ability to quickly become a proficient user of the company billing system
Greenway and Accounts Receivable system Oracle
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good skills on Office Pack tools (Excel…)
Good computer skills
Language skills: English (mandatory)
