We are looking for someone-oriented client service team lead to guide, mentor and inspire a multilingual team. This role involves coaching and developing a team that takes pride in creating delightful customer experiences through focused sales plays and account management in a good and enriching work environment.
Your main tasks:
• Proactively help your team to identify sales opportunities and improve team workflows;
• Manage your team through the on boarding process and registration of the partners they acquired;
• Provides leadership, support and development to members of the team and builds on the strengths that drive optimum performance;
• Prepare the members of your team to complete a commercial and technical proposals;
• Follow up on new registrations and create relationship in between new reseller and partners with the Client;
• Track, manage and report of the current activity according to the team performance;
• Carries out call evaluations on a weekly basis to ensure consistency and adherence to all regulatory requirements and best practice in customer engagement;
• Do reports to give the client feedback to continuously resolve and improve the system;
• Prepare and make sure that your team is ready to timely answer for the incoming customers or resellers calls regarding to possible issues, customer inquiries and request for additional services;
• Focuses, motivates and inspires the team in a goal and results orientated way by driving optimum individual and team performance in order to deliver against agreed and targets;
• Identify barriers and to improve productivity and success of your team;
• Develop, coach and manage the team to ensure operational excellence.
Our profile of preference:
• Fluent in English and other languages will be plus;
• Very Good MS Office (Excel) Knowledge and other data base or platforms programs;
• Previous experience of two years in technical sales;
• Knowledge of partners and distributors, in a Channel environment;
• Communication and Active Listening;
• Proactive and ability to work in an independent way to accomplish business goals.
• Effective Team and Resource Management;
• Motivational Skills, planning, organization;
• Active social media user;
• Self-starter.
