We are looking for
• Service Desk Agents Level 1 (lownon-technical profile) To provide technical assistance to users via email or phone.
• Excellent language skills in English and German
• Strong communication skills and team work ability
• Availability for rotating schedules
• Help Desk experience or IT knowledge preferable (but not mandatory)
