Expenses, Claims, Invoices under a specific control framework agreement
Approval of expense claims in Concur
Approval and follow up of the payment of invoices in Basware
Approval of the legal invoices in Tymetrix
Approval of non-standard Travel expenses (TBC)
Approval of the invoices of SPVs matters
Quantitative queries (volume, CC, P&L, etc.), IT/Software expertise
Knowledge of Tableau Self Service functionality to create ad-hoc requests
Knowledge and expertise of Compass to create one-off queriesVBA – tactical development/macro in Excel
Expert in SharePoint
Creation and maintenance of GBLs SharePoint sites and sub-sites, libraries, pages, web links, etc.
Update and enhance their content
Manage the permissions lists
Answer requests from marketers on urgent corrections of the code name lists in the Compliance SharePoint sites (FXLM)
Prepare the Credit monthly survey (Credit)KPI / Financials
Maintain an accurate CC picture
Calculation of CC retrocessions (Retail market CC adjustments, BNL, Fortis, etc.)
Manual input in Apollo/Scan and of shadow CC for Structurers
Cost rationalisation reporting
Review and validate monthly GBL Cost reallocation files sent by Middle Office (FXLM/G10 Rates)
Administrative and supportive tasks
SailPoint – requests approval (where the GBL are owner of the systems, drives, etc.), annual review of business profiles, annual audit attached to the employees
Slides show (linked with the Presentation Group – TBC)
Access right management for FO systems owned by the GBLs (i.e. Focus Admin for Credit, FXT for FXLM, etc.): give/manage access permission
Portfolio / Hierarchy intendancyMAOS/FEBUS – initiate and validate CRDS changes via Febus requests, initiate technical portfolios opening and closingCRDS maintenance/review in relation with portfolio attributes and hierarchy (trading and booking locations, trader 1, 2 and head of desk, etc.)
Maintenance of trader mandates in FORMA in relation with portfolios (addition of portfolios to trader mandates/strategies), chase annual sign-off
Operation Client Management
In charge of ad hoc routines such as Early Termination Options committee and Loan Sponsorship processSBO coordination for allocation process and recertificationKYC – prioritise the completion of the KYC process for technical and non-legal entities. Chase the relevant teams in charge of the KYC process and review (i.e. Due Diligence, Client Onboarding and KYC teams)
Human Resources
Maintain the organisation chart up to date
Administration of HC moves (HC Tool)
Crosscheck the headcount CDG report with the SPEAR extract provided by HR to track the staff pipeline (FXLM)
Management of Global Market Graduate academy, online course chasing & attendance.
Chase mandatory training (my development)SKILLS
Technical Skills
Mathematical, Engineering, Computing or Business School graduate
Experience in Capital Markets environment is a plus
Advance IT knowledge (Excel, data analysis/query); VBA is a plus
Knowledge of Tableau and SharePoint is advantageous
Personal Skills
Outstanding communication (both written and verbal) skills
Fluent in English
Adaptable, sociable
Rigorous, organised and methodical
Hands-on, dedicated and motivated
Demonstrate ability to work under pressure and to manage his/her time accordingly
