Our main activity involves the business processes outsourcing (BPO), spanning from planning and execution of internal activities of front and back office to the control of external agents activities.
Our client is a major retail player in UK and we are looking for a candidate with the following profile:
Profile: – 12º High-school level (minimum); – Native level of English, spoken and written (Elimination), knowledge of Portuguese; – Experience in call center, with excellent communication and typing skills; good knowledge in telephone answering techniques; ability to manage conflicts; – Should be pro-active, enthusiastic, results-driven, customer care and details oriented with a positive attitude and team spirit; – High sense of responsibility, professional ethics and honesty; – Be able to work with multiple mainframe software and web-based programs; – Ability to adapt to changing demands on the work environment.
Responsibility: – Be the first point of call for all enquiries and questions from customers and from the stores; – Provide Administrative and Customer support to clients and Stores business. – Should handle customer and stores inquiries (via telephone or e-mail) with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism; – Monitor and reply to emails (in English) to various requests;
Work schedule:
-Full Time – Availability Monday to Sunday, including rotating weekends, from 07:00 to 20:00
