Long term positionMISSION:The Sales Admin Team (as part of the Finance department) guarantees invoicing, collection and credit control process according to the company rules;The Sales Admin Team oversees the sale processes for the organization and provides support to internal and external Sales teams;The Sales Admin Team ensures that the customers’ needs are being met and that products and services are delivered in a professional and timely manner;It´s their responsibility to manage the efficient handling of sales orders and the improvement of the productivity of field sales representatives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Invoicing, revenues recognition and collection;Collection process;Preparing and processing orders;Providing support to field sales representatives;Database management;Generate monthly and quarterly reports;Maintenance contracts.BACKGROUND:a) T E C H N I C A L S K I L LS:Analytical Skills;Strong Excel skills (mandatory);Strong written and verbal skills in English (mandatory) and Spanish(preferable). French is a plus;Knowledge of Navision software is a plus.b) E D U C A T I O N:Suitable education to degree level, namely in management, accounting or similar.c) E X P E R I E N CE:
