We are now recruiting for a multinational company the following profile:
Fleet Accounting Clerk
As Fleet Accounting Clerk you will be responsible for the cost effectiveness of the operation and also for the high performance of Fleet Accounting Clerk specific processes within the Shared Service Center (SSC).
Responsabilities: – Fleet purchase and Sales; – Manage fleet purchases and related accounting entries; – Create and manage fixed assets register (review and modify depreciation, assing, transfer, dispose); – Perform fixed assets inventory; – Month-end reports: – Prepare and record journal vouchers and month-end operations;
You may also perform other tasks, such as: – Assisting the team leader in maintaining open communication channels with customers; – Working closely with other team members to implement and standardize procedures;;
Profile:
High School diploma or higher;
Candidate should be well-versed with the flow of journal entries, especially regarding financing scheme (finance lease at risk, operating lease);
Working knowledge of Oracle Financial and Business Object;
Language skills: English and French (mandatory).
Job Location: Lisbon (Oeiras)
