Mission – Deal with all clients’ questions and requests; – Complaints management; – Provide a personalized service and an adequate solution to clients’ problems.
Your profile: – Passionate about Customer Service; – Native or fluent (level C) in Flemish and French; – Intermediate level in English (B1 level); – Ability to communicate efficiently; – Customer focused and detail oriented; – Good knowledge in IT tools.
