We are recruiting a candidate with good knowledge of Contact Center business.
The candidate will be close operations, helping to implement new processes and measures that have financial impact.
Your responsibilities:
Financial control of the platform Operations
Preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports of the platform
Preparation of annual Budget and Forecast in cooperation with Operations and Human Resources
Provide to the Accounting the necessary data for closing monthly accounts (Inefficiency, Vacations, check hours, etc.)
Monitor the overhead of the platform
Financial and statistical reporting
Review and propose improvements to production processes of the platform, which could have a financial impact
Audit of production data
Any other task considered relevant and necessary in the area
Your experience & skills
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (preferential) or economics or business
Previous experience required in similar functions (minimum 1 year)
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Contact Center area
Very good PC skills – proficiency in the use of Excel (Microsoft office)
Proficiency of Portuguese and English (minimum C1 level)
Strong administration and organization skills
Keen eye for detail to ensure high accuracy
Ensure quality is never compromised
Drive and energy
