Service Desk TechniciansCGI Portugal is seeking Finnishs-speaking Service Desk Technicians to work with call center services including solving customer service requests, ticket logging & dispatch. The location of work is Lisboa, Portugal.
Requirements
• Native Finnish speaker
• Customer service oriented mindset and working style
• Analytical mindset, good interaction skills, precision, flexibility and tolerance for stress is a must
• Basic IT skills are expected (Microsoft Office)
• Interesed in IT and/or Service business
• Education: minimum vocational level degree Business education is an advantage
• Prior experience in customer services or shared service center or administrative tasks is an advantage
• Experience in one or more of following areas is considers as a plus):
o Accounting and finance process expertise from accounting processes and tasks (GL, AR, AP,FA, cash & bank, tax). Knowledge on related concepts and terminology.
o Payroll processes & tasks
o Order & invoicing processes
• Experience in using IT applications in field of accounting, payroll or order & invoicing process such as Microsoft AX, Microsoft Navision, Sonet, V10, Rondo, Prima, CGI palkat, Facta, KuntaNet, ReittiGIS. (advantage)
• Work experience from Finnish municipalities, technical sector (advantage)
• ITIL certificate (advantage)
Your tasks will include: Call center services including solving customer service requests, ticket logging & dispatch. This is a position where to grow yourself to be professional IT expert with high number of career opportunities in CGI global organization.
