Due to the successful growth of the company, we are looking for a:
Real Time Analyst (m/f) – English & French
In line with SELLBYTEL Group’s Technical Support and Service project, we are currently recruiting a Real Time Manager to be part of an exciting new team, working for the leader in the technological sector (computers, telecommunication, en-tertainment) in Lisbon.
Your main tasks
_ Manage and monitorize real time adherence;
_ Prepare, support and assist review meetings;
_ Optimize staffing patterns;
_ Adapt and update schedules based on short reques, staffing and volume levels;
_ identify, track issues and corrective actions to report the manager on a weekly and daily basis.
Our Profile of Preference
_ Fluency in English, French fluency is a plus;
_ Windows OS and Mac OS literate;
_ Excellent Excel knowledge;
_ Detail oriented;
_ Empathic and enthusiastic personality;
_ Responsible and independent work habit;
_ Good listener;
_ Strong communication skills.
